Aquaculture has boomed around the world, and is set to continue to grow at a faster rate than other food producing sectors for at least the next two decades. In this report an assessment of the aquaculture policies and institutional capacities for aquaculture development in Angola, Namibia and South Africa is presented. This is followed by recommended regional aquaculture options for consideration by the BCLME countries.
